some things that are currently missing/undone:
-some releases WAC works, sometimes it doesn't
-instant messaging
-should allow incoming call pop
-sometime VERY slow to update
-generally not quite done
I think the web attendent console is a great idea. Perfect for cross platorm use!
I suggest that the mailbox of each SnomOne extension facilitate an option for the sending of fax. Example, press 2 to send a fax. Fax would then be stored in the individual mailbox. I would expect that the fax would then be treated as a message and should be able to be sent to an email address.
Mobile version of the user portal would be great for iphone, android & windowsphone7 crowd.
It would be "the day" if snom ONE would support all the cores in todays power CPU's instead of only 1 of them. This could increase the capacity of 1 server by several times.
This will mainly affect larger systems.
I suggest an account that will detect fas and send it to Email account
How about a 64 bit TAPI driver. There was a 32 bit one for PBXNSIP but no go on Windows Vista or 7 64 bit.
Simpler provisioning/configuration of select PSTN/PRI gateways.

it would be nice since snom ONE runs on MAC if there would be a supported MAC softphone.
current Domain should be in header or footer of every page. This way at all times Admin can see what Domain he is in at one glance.
Enable to match the amount of Extensions with the amount of G729 Licenses.
To be able to use only 10 Extensions on G729 in a pool of 150 extensions is a bit strech.
people are used to clicking "update" and things update. would that be nice for snom ONE? a note could let admin know a new version is available and he could backup and update.
This is especially important for plug or other appliance snom ONE. This is a common feature of even a lowly linksys router.
would be good if there was a way to search recordings. for extensions and conference calls. something simple is fine. This will avoid suppport requests.
service flags that are time based but can be manually overriden. Example is someone is staying late at the store. Or leaving over lunch unexpectedly.
if port 80/http is already in use (and other ports) then pbx will fail to start. this should be better indicated to the admin via a popup or log to windows/linux event log.
Another option would be if it could detect a port in use and automatically set it to another one.
I suggest an option that allows for announcing the expected wait time in an Agent Group
its great to have the ability to restart the system. how about an option for "right now"? ;-)
it would be nice to be able to restart the underlying o/s also. option at least.
Currently snom ONE analogue device is limited to 2 for Free, 5 for Yellow and 10 for blue. This limit should not apply to FXS ports and their should be a FXS channel bank device that is supported.
When a support incident is update is received by end user via email it is not possible to just quickly reply to a support incident via email. We need to log into https://support.snom.com. Support would be much more fluid if a quick reply to email would be possible.
Implement IAX2 so that snomONE can be used more easily behind NAT
there is a very nice email to let you know if a trunk fails. (and it going to try a failover option) But it would be nice to have an email notice specifically for a trunk that fails with NO failover option.
I suggest the M 870 (a slicker look for the soft phone) instead of the M9 (if it's even in a paid version, with only some of the the features of the M 870) The M9 dial pad is too small and could be a problem for folks with poor vision. It really does not fit a soft phone environment. Please ensure proper size if you decide to use the M 870.
I suggest you update Snomone manual especial definition characters concerning ivr node's operations.
Test email button on the email server setup screen would avoid a lot of jumping around to setup email server.
Allow the option for hunt groups to play music as ringback
