To submit an idea, please click the Submit New Idea button at the top of the navigation sidebar. You will then be asked to add a title and choose a campaign for the new idea. You will also have the option to add tags to the idea. To vote on an idea, simply click the up or down arrows to the right of the idea title/description. And to add a comment, click in the box below the idea.

If you would like to see all ideas created with a specific tag, you can click on the word or phrase via the tagcloud in the navigation sidebar area under "What we're discussing". You can also view ideas sorted by Campaigns from the right navigation area. To return to this page, click the All Ideas link.

Raise 3rd party phones registration possibility

SnomOne is a great PBX which works with other SIP Phones. But with free version and even pay version, SNOM has decided to strongly limit registration of 3rd party phones. So for Free : 5 3rd party phones should be OK Yellow : 10 and Blue : 50 or unlimited. it should be possible to reply to a support incident via email



When a support incident is update is received by end user via email it is not possible to just quickly reply to a support incident via email. We need to log into https://support.snom.com. Support would be much more fluid if a quick reply to email would be possible.

quicker easier way to collect SIP logs by anyone

The method for collecting SIP logs could be made more streamlined. I suggest something like: 1-end user dial *50 (or whatever start key) to start logging. The systems says "Logging started" 1b- snom ONE now turns on logging for this extension's IP address. 2-user reproduces problem 3-user dials *50 and the system say "Logging Completed" and emails the SIP log, the system config and some other basic info the the email ...more »
