I think there could be an appliance for SnomOne IPPBX which support different configuration of trunk types for those who don't want to be bothered with all this installation process
the pbx should support video codecs.
would be good if there was a way to search recordings. for extensions and conference calls. something simple is fine. This will avoid suppport requests.
I suggest you give the option of Voice mail boxes to Hunt Groups.
How about a 64 bit TAPI driver. There was a 32 bit one for PBXNSIP but no go on Windows Vista or 7 64 bit.
if port 80/http is already in use (and other ports) then pbx will fail to start. this should be better indicated to the admin via a popup or log to windows/linux event log.
Another option would be if it could detect a port in use and automatically set it to another one.
its great to have the ability to restart the system. how about an option for "right now"? ;-)

When a support incident is update is received by end user via email it is not possible to just quickly reply to a support incident via email. We need to log into https://support.snom.com. Support would be much more fluid if a quick reply to email would be possible.
current Domain should be in header or footer of every page. This way at all times Admin can see what Domain he is in at one glance.
people are used to clicking "update" and things update. would that be nice for snom ONE? a note could let admin know a new version is available and he could backup and update.
This is especially important for plug or other appliance snom ONE. This is a common feature of even a lowly linksys router.
As is snomOne free only supports 30 accounts. I suggest an increase of up to at least 40 accounts. More accounts COULD mean the sales of more Snom phones.
I suggest an option that allows for announcing the expected wait time in an Agent Group
