I suggest that the option of adding queues to the dial by name directory be given.
Requesting an operator console for Snom One! All the bells and whistles!
I suggest that hunt groups and queues be given the option to be placed in the Dial By Name Directory.
Display cost of call live on the snom phone's dispaly..
Ability to supress the INFO message every billing unit. Per second billing creates massive amounts of traffic that most client endpoints dont even cater for.
How much effort would it be for snom ONE to have a star code for a user to report a bad call. Then ALL the details of the previous call would be emailed to the admin.
Allow the option for hunt groups to play music as ringback
Snom phone are able to send their presence state via 'PUBLISH' requests as stated in the SIMPLE protocol (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SIMPLE). But the snomOne IPBX doesn't support PUBLISH requests. And, then it doesn't support SIMPLE. In a word it's quite incoherent. It would be very good, specially for remote phones, that on the account/extension pages you could see in the list column for the IP address of the phone which is registered to each account. Troubleshooting would be way easier. The RT of a single ping from the server to the phone (with some from of hourly refresh or on demand) would also be extremely helpful.
The method for collecting SIP logs could be made more streamlined. I suggest something like: 1-end user dial *50 (or whatever start key) to start logging. The systems says "Logging started" 1b- snom ONE now turns on logging for this extension's IP address. 2-user reproduces problem 3-user dials *50 and the system say "Logging Completed" and emails the SIP log, the system config and some other basic info the the email ...more »
I suggest an option called park direct which should allow for the configuration of a parking slot for a specific extension. When a call is parked in this slot and the park time out is exceeded, then the call should ring on the extension that was configured for the slot (the extension on which the call was parked), instead of on the extension that parked the call. If no answer is performed then the call should follow the ...more »
I suggest night service for trunks.
