Web UI to find recordings (especially conference calls)

would be good if there was a way to search recordings. for extensions and conference calls. something simple is fine. This will avoid suppport requests.

better indication of port conflict that keeps pbx from running

if port 80/http is already in use (and other ports) then pbx will fail to start. this should be better indicated to the admin via a popup or log to windows/linux event log.

 

Another option would be if it could detect a port in use and automatically set it to another one.

it should be possible to reply to a support incident via email

When a support incident is update is received by end user via email it is not possible to just quickly reply to a support incident via email. We need to log into https://support.snom.com. Support would be much more fluid if a quick reply to email would be possible.

notification of trunk call that fails without an alternate route

there is a very nice email to let you know if a trunk fails. (and it going to try a failover option) But it would be nice to have an email notice specifically for a trunk that fails with NO failover option.

quicker easier way to collect SIP logs by anyone

The method for collecting SIP logs could be made more streamlined. I suggest something like: 1-end user dial *50 (or whatever start key) to start logging. The systems says "Logging started" 1b- snom ONE now turns on logging for this extension's IP address. 2-user reproduces problem 3-user dials *50 and the system say "Logging Completed" and emails the SIP log, the system config and some other basic info the the email ...more »

analogue device support. Support some FXS channel bank

Currently snom ONE analogue device is limited to 2 for Free, 5 for Yellow and 10 for blue. This limit should not apply to FXS ports and their should be a FXS channel bank device that is supported.
