I suggest that the option of adding queues to the dial by name directory be given.

I suggest that hunt groups and queues be given the option to be placed in the Dial By Name Directory.
Auto Attendant time out does not work for any time except 5 seconds. 10, 20 30 60 seconds do not work.

I suggest you invest in more videos and high pixel pics advertisement to promote your products. Have you taken a look at Cisco's website lately? Man, it will steal your customers. Information galore and at the tip of you fingers. It would be nice to have your personal videos loaded with information separately from a buggy utube presentation. Remember, advertisement is not an expense, it's an investment!

I suggest an option called park direct which should allow for the configuration of a parking slot for a specific extension. When a call is parked in this slot and the park time out is exceeded, then the call should ring on the extension that was configured for the slot (the extension on which the call was parked), instead of on the extension that parked the call. I suggest night service for trunks.
There is a time out on the Snomone IVR Node but no option for transfer when no selection is made. I recommend the option of a transfer route (extension) when no selection is made.
