Option to allow SPECIFIED queues (based on configuration) to ring agents phone even if busy
Snom phone are able to send their presence state via 'PUBLISH' requests as stated in the SIMPLE protocol (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SIMPLE). But the snomOne IPBX doesn't support PUBLISH requests. And, then it doesn't support SIMPLE. In a word it's quite incoherent. It would be very good, specially for remote phones, that on the account/extension pages you could see in the list column for the IP address of the phone which is registered to each account. Troubleshooting would be way easier. The RT of a single ping from the server to the phone (with some from of hourly refresh or on demand) would also be extremely helpful.
"allow domain admin..." settings seem odd to be under global "SIP settings"
Perhaps there should be a "Permissions" tab under global Settings? or at minimum a permissions section under settings.
BUG REPORT: on free or yellow edition: delete domain and alias and try to add them back...you can't add an alias.

"Max. size of a configuration backup file:" should be 25MB or above otherwise the backup always fails.
Test email button on the email server setup screen would avoid a lot of jumping around to setup email server.
if VARS could see existing bugs/issues it would save a lot of time.
as it is it is hard/time consuming/challenging to get in contact with support/start support incident. Only to find it is an exiisting issue we could have seen from a list.

The method for collecting SIP logs could be made more streamlined. I suggest something like: 1-end user dial *50 (or whatever start key) to start logging. The systems says "Logging started" 1b- snom ONE now turns on logging for this extension's IP address. 2-user reproduces problem 3-user dials *50 and the system say "Logging Completed" and emails the SIP log, the system config and some other basic info the the email ...more »
I suggest you invest in more videos and high pixel pics advertisement to promote your products. Have you taken a look at Cisco's website lately? Man, it will steal your customers. Information galore and at the tip of you fingers. It would be nice to have your personal videos loaded with information separately from a buggy utube presentation. Remember, advertisement is not an expense, it's an investment!
