It will be nice if we can see highlighted the missed calls. Some times, I have to check the time to find out what calls I have missed. This is for the snom 870
As is snomOne free only supports 30 accounts. I suggest an increase of up to at least 40 accounts. More accounts COULD mean the sales of more Snom phones.
Another field in the rate table that is for 'minimum charge' (not the same as upfront charge) so that we can for example do per second billing with a minimum of x cent per call.
Currently you can largely configure snom deskphone buttons from snom ONE. this is a great feature. The one button type you cannot configure from snom ONE is an action url button. I suggest this be possible
suggesting the ability to upload professionally recorded announcements for Agent Groups using a GUI. As is, recording can only be done via a telephone on the network, or by adjusting the systems acd recording files.
I suggest that extension dialing on any auto attendant be an option rather than default. In other words, if there is a greeting playing by an auto attendant that is set to no extension dialing, then that greeting would not be interrupted by dtmf input.
I recommend that you consider the option of a GUI that give access to customizing system prompts. Putting prompts in the voice of choice would be nice.
I recommend that you give the option for the creation of certain mailboxes that can be used as announcement mailboxes only. No recording of messages. These mailboxes should also be able to function as direct destination options in configured Auto Attendants, extension mailboxes etc
I suggest you add an option that will allow for varying times between ACD messages, eg the time between messages 1 and 2 could differ from the time between messages 2 and 3. Also, that each message be given an escape route to play another message to form a circuit. In other words, message 7 -being the final message could go back to message 2, or 3 then the sequence continue: 2-3-4-5-6-7-2 etc.
I suggest that the Dial by name directory be treated as a customizable account (as an extension) rather than a system default. The necessary names could then be added to these accounts as needed, which would then provide different accounts for varying IVR/Auto Attendant configurations. I suggest that hunt groups be given the option to announce before transfer. Eg you're being transferred to sales.
I suggest that you provide an option that will allow for a ringing call on an extension to be redirected to another destination by just pressing a programmed button and entering the destination extension. This would be like transferring a call while still ringing, to another extension.
